MEI Company Device Enrollment and Acceptable Use (Autopilot Onboarding)

By signing in to a computer using MEI-issued credentials, whether on a company-issued device or a personally owned (BYOD) device, the employee acknowledges and agrees that such device may be enrolled in MEI’s device management and security platform as a condition of access to company systems. Company-issued devices remain the sole property of MEI and are provided for authorized business use only. Personally owned devices used to access MEI resources are subject to applicable security controls necessary to protect company data, which may include configuration enforcement, application deployment, monitoring of corporate resources, and selective data management or removal. Employees consent to the installation and operation of required applications, including but not limited to productivity software, remote management tools, security controls, and data backup services where applicable, and agree not to attempt to disable, circumvent, or modify these controls. All company data accessed, stored, or synchronized through MEI systems (including OneDrive or other cloud services) remains the property of MEI and may be monitored, audited, or removed as necessary to maintain operational integrity and security. Employees are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, complying with all company policies, and promptly reporting any lost, stolen, or compromised devices. Unauthorized use, modification, or failure to comply with these requirements may result in revocation of access, removal of company data, and/or disciplinary action up to and including termination in accordance with MEI policy.
