Through the COPS Monitoring Company, MEI Systems Integrators is able to provide reliable monitoring of the burglar, fire, low-temperature, water, and elevator alarms it has installed over the years to more than 200 customers.

As one of America's largest independently owned monitoring companies, they work with over 3,500 security dealers across the country servicing over 2,000,000 accounts.
With the COPS MPower programming, MEI staff can easily access a customer's account, process updates, set a system on test, review alarm codes, or dispatch a technician. This powerful alarm database and account management software provides access to our staff, customers, and qualified COPS Monitoring personnel to the account information necessary to provide efficiently manage a customer's account information and status on every level.

Responding to Alarms
Alarms are installed to protect residential and business properties. All fire alarm accounts are set up to have COPS Monitoring personnel call the Fire Department directly and immediately. Responding to properties with burglar alarms is a service offered by the Vermont State Police when the alarm is occurring at properties within the VSP coverage area. The Vermont State Police do require that property owners be registered and pay an annual fee. Click here for more information.
